Welcome to the Locals Barbershop & Salon Referral Program! The Referral Program provides you the opportunity to earn a monetary credit against your next purchase when someone you’ve referred signs up using your unique referral URL link, accessible via our Locals Cut App or your online profile at LocalsCut.com.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for Referral Credits:

• You must be an existing Locals Barbershop & Salon customer with an existing online profile in good standing (financially current on your account) and 18 years of age or older
• Your referred guest must not be registered as a current Locals customer (under any name or alias) and may not have visited Locals Barbershop & Salon in the prior 12 months
• Your referred guest must use the unique referral URL link provided to you to create their online profile and make their first appointment. Profiles created through any means other than your unique referral URL, complimentary services, and family add-ons to the referring customer’s primary account do not qualify for this Referral Program
• Employees of Locals Barbershop & Salon and their family members are not eligible to participate.

Credits:

A monetary credit will be applied to your profile in the form of a prepaid gift card upon the following:

• The referred guest uses your unique URL link for registration of their online profile. This is the only registration method that will allow Locals to confirm that the referred guest’s registration resulted from your referral
• The referred guest has successfully registered as a Locals customer, visited Locals to purchase goods and/or services, paid for those goods and/or services with any valid payment method, and the invoice is closed.
• Both you and the referred guest must have active profiles in good standing as of the time the credit is paid.
• You may use this credit for future purchases of products and services from Locals

Rules:

By participating in this Referral Program, you agree to be bound by these Rules

• Referrals should only be made to your personal connections – friends, family members, co-workers. You may not provide referrals by using multiple or fake email addresses, accounts with fictitious identities, any automated bot, macro or script of other mechanical, programmed or automated devices or any other unsolicited commercial messages or ‘spam’
• Locals Barbershop & Salon reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to delay, revoke or cancel any referral credits if we determine that the referring and/or referred member has acted in an inappropriate, fraudulent or potentially fraudulent, disruptive, unethical, abusive, or otherwise suspicious manner or in violation of these Rules or any applicable law
• Referral Credits are not redeemable for cash, transferable, salable or assignable for any reason
• The Locals Barbershop & Salon Referral Program is a voluntary incentive and may be modified, changed, discontinued or terminated at any time for any reason and in the sole discretion of Locals Barbershop & Salon
• The Referral Program and any action related thereto will be governed and construed by the laws of the state of Colorado without regard to its conflict of laws provisions, and any claim or dispute will be decided exclusively in the court for El Paso County, Colorado
